Golden Seashell Talisman Charm Necklace - Scallop Shell Handmade One of a Kind with Rose Quartz, Turquoise and Chrysoprase
On a sunny day about three weeks ago, I was in the Southernmost part of Italy at this little beach bar known as Maluha Bay, (Lecce)
I waded into the turquoise waters and sat on the shallow yet far away sandy ocean floor, just sitting. The thrill of exploring the watery sands felt freeing. It was a blissful world.
I collected some scallop shells.
The scallop shell has forever been a symbol of pilgrimage, or a journey- which is exactly what it took for me to find them that day. They were a symbol for me as to how far my spirit had to go in life the end up at that beach. Walking those waters felt completely reaffirming.
I hand painted a patina, gilded the inside and added pops of yummy turquoise on the edges. I aged, gilded and antiqued this particular piece on both sides. Only two necklaces in this collection were made in this manner.
This piece is one of my most favorites of the collection. I almost want to keep it for myself! This talisman necklace is adorned with Rose Quartz, Turquoise and Chrysoprase.
Rose quartz is the universal stone of love. It encourages unconditional love in all forms and helps creates calmness and peace to the wearer. It emits loving vibrations to those in its vicinity and acts as an aide in giving and receiving love. Turquoise is a stone of ancient times, widely known as a stone of wisdom across many civilizations. Some cultures believe the wearer must "listen" to the stone, for each token has a different meaning to all. It will also help calm anxieties so that you may regain control of your thoughts and emotions, bringing about clarity. Chrysoprase is a stone of consciousness and will help you see and seek the truth.
The neck is adorned with 14k gold filled beads. The opening is 17in. long (Fits all.)
Only making 10 of these. No two necklaces are alike.
Please allow up to two weeks for shipping and handling.
